VersaWave Laser

Because your comfort and optimal clinical care are paramount in our practice, we use VersaWave, a gentle laser that performs hard and soft tissue procedures. The VersaWave can remove excess gum tissue, lesions, and bacteria, as well as tooth decay.

Unlike traditional gum surgery, soft tissue laser therapy does not create a need for sutures, and bleeding is minimal. This allows for a comfortable procedure and quick recovery. To remove tooth decay in preparation for a filling, the VersaWave does not emit heat, noise, or vibration, like a dental drill does. Most patients do not even need anesthesia!

We can also use the VersaWave for precision root canal therapy, as well. If you suffer from anxiety or a fear of needles, or if your child is nervous about having a cavity filled, VersaWave offers a whole new, gentle dental experience.
